Q: Is my Family Bundles card live upon receipt?
How do I activate it?
A:
You must activate your card online over our website. If you don’t have Internet access, you can call our office directly at 1-888-209-0077 for assistance and we’ll activate your card for you by phone. You must activate your card in order to redeem earned credits although you can still use the card to accumulate credits when shopping. As soon as your card is properly activated, any credits you accumulated prior to activation will instantly become available to spend at participating merchants in the network.

Q: Can I earn and redeem credits anywhere else
other than in the store I receive my card?
A:
Your card is valid at any merchant in the Family Bundles network. This means you can earn credits at one merchant and spend (redeem) your credits at a completely different merchant location. The full directory of participating merchants is available online from the homepage at www.familybundles.com. Our program continues to expand and add new participating merchants. Please check the merchant directory periodically for updates.

Q: How do I spend credits?
A:
Just tell the clerk or salesperson you wish to redeem the credits available on your Family Bundles Card. The clerk will automatically attempt to zero out the balance of credits available unless you instruct him or her to redeem a specific dollar amount. You will be responsible for any difference in purchase price, if applicable.

Q: How many loyalty credits do I earn on purchases?
A:
The ratio of credits earned to dollars spent varies based on the type of business you are presenting your card at. For the most common transactions, however, you will earn 2% credit back on your card for every dollar spent. For example, if you have dinner out at a participating restaurant in the Family Bundles network and spend $100, a $2 credit will be applied to your account.

Q: How do I know if a local business is a participating
Family Bundles merchant?
A:
Many businesses maintain a window decal that says “Family Bundles Accepted Here” in their storefront to alert you that they accept the card. However, not all merchants display window decals. The surest way to check which merchants are participating in the program is to check our website regularly. If you’re not sure, please ask merchants if they are Family Bundles sponsors.

Q: How do I find out how many credits I have
to spend in the network?
A:
You can find that information on the printed receipt after your card is swiped or scanned by a merchant at the Point of Sale. You can also log into your account anytime and review your purchase history and available credit balance to spend inside the network.

Q: Do my earned credits ever expire?
A:
As long as your account is considered active, meaning you have used the card at least once in the past year, your credits do not expire and can be used anytime.

Q: What happens if I lose my card?
A:
You can acquire a new card from a participating merchant or request a new card online from your account. Just make sure to log into your account on the Family Bundles website to officially transfer your purchase history credit balances from the old card to the new card.
